Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in padel training services offered by The Padel Training Camp (operated by Cooper Sports, Dion Tevin Cooper). By booking or participating in any of our training camps, you agree to the following:

1. Booking & Payment

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

• The remaining 50% must be paid upon arrival, either by cash, PayPal, or bank transfer.

• Prices include services specifically listed in your chosen package (e.g. training hours, hotel, meals if included).

• Travel costs (flights, taxis, etc.) are not included unless explicitly stated.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• More than 90 days before the camp: 100% refund

• 90–60 days before the camp: 50% refund (your deposit will be retained)

• Less than 60 days: full amount is due. However, 50% will be credited toward a future camp booking (within 12 months)

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@thepadeltrainingcamp.com

3. Participation Requirements

• Participants of all ages and skill levels are welcome.

• Minors under 18 years old must provide written consent from a parent or legal guardian, and may be required to be accompanied by an adult.

• Participants are responsible for bringing appropriate gear, such as padel rackets and sportswear, unless otherwise arranged.

4. Private Coaching & Custom Packages

• Additional 1-on-1 or group coaching hours can be booked on request.

• Custom packages (longer stays, private training camps) are available and must be arranged in advance.

5. Changes to Program

• We reserve the right to modify the schedule, coaching staff, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, injury, or illness of staff).

• If your assigned coach is unavailable, a qualified substitute will lead your session. No refunds apply for coach changes.

6. Travel & Accommodation

• Accommodation details will be shared upon booking confirmation.

• We are not responsible for delays or cancellations in your travel arrangements.

7. Liability

• Participation is at your own risk.

• The organizer is not liable for injury, theft, or loss of property, unless caused by gross negligence.

• We strongly recommend you purchase travel and health insurance before attending.

8. Image Rights

• During the camp, we may take photos or videos for social media and promotional use.

• By participating, you consent to the non-commercial use of these materials. If you wish to opt out, please inform us in writing before the camp.

9. Data Protection

• We process your data according to our Privacy Policy, in compliance with GDPR.

10. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.

• Place of jurisdiction is Munich, unless otherwise required by EU consumer protection laws.
