Our Story: From Madrid to Marc Monne

It all began in 2021, during my exchange semester in Madrid. COVID had shut everything down — but padel was booming. With not much to do, my friends and I picked up the sport as a new hobby. We were all beginners, just playing for fun. Madrid was full of padel courts, and soon, it became a weekly ritual. Later, I moved to Barcelona and continued playing. But eventually, I plateaued. I wasn’t improving, and I wanted to go further — to compete in local tournaments, to understand the game better. That’s when I joined a group class at an academy, and met Marc Monne, my first real coach. Almost immediately, I felt a difference. His coaching was structured, tactical, and personalized. One group session per week wasn’t enough — so I booked private lessons. That’s when I made my breakthrough. He focused on my weaknesses, sharpened my strengths, and I saw real progress.

The Problem Back home

When I returned to Germany, the difference was shocking. There was only one padel club in town. One coach — a tennis player charging over €100 per hour, teaching padel based on YouTube videos. There was no real methodology. No progression. No connection to how the game is taught in Spain. I started flying back to Barcelona regularly, just to train with Marc.
It was better, cheaper, and 10× more effective than anything I could find at home. Other players noticed. They asked:

“Where do you train?”
“Do you know any good padel coaches in Germany?”

Everyone had the same complaints:
🚫 Poor coaching quality
🚫 High prices
🚫 No real path to improvement

That’s when the idea clicked.

The Solution: The Padel Training Camp

We created a padel camp that doesn’t just fill courts — it builds better players.

Unlike most camps that rely on assistant coaches and repetitive group drills, The Padel Training Camp is designed around what actually works: structure, personalization, and elite methodology.

Here’s what makes us different:

✅ Private and group coaching led by our certified coaching team, trained under the methodology of A1 Pro Marc Monne
✅ A fully immersive experience — where you train, eat, and recover like a pro
✅ Tactical focus, physical prep, and mindset work — not just hitting balls
✅ Access to Padel X7, one of the top clubs in Spain, where pros train
✅ The Pablo Ayma Academy holds weekly sessions here
✅ A unique environment where you're surrounded by players who take the game seriously

This isn’t a padel vacation.
This is a performance-driven experience for players who truly want to improve.

Everything was perfectly organized - from training to hotel to meals. The coaches gave me a real feedback, not just compliments. It was challenging, but that's exactly what I came for. I left feeling stronger, smarter, and more confident on court. I'm already planning my second trip."

The coaching here is on another level. I've played padel for years, but this was the first time I truly understood tactics and positioning. The sessions were intense, personal, and super motivating. I improved more in five days than in the last six months.
